Foundation

Incorporated on March 30, 2007 and licensed by the Nigerian Stock Exchange on April 18, 2007.

2008

The Company was registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission in January 2008 as a Broker/Dealer firm to operate in the Nigerian Capital market.

2012

The Company was also registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Issuing House to render Issuing House and Financial Advisory services in July 2012.
